• The selected candidate will be onboarded on the project and will be given appropriate training if required
• Your hiring partner will give updates on talent's progress, resolve internal conflicts and maintain a smooth relationship between the client and the talent. 
• They will also help with offboarding as and when needed.

Our hiring team using our IP vetting process to identify talent who match your company culture perfectly. Once we have identified that we then look at specfic technical and non-technical skillsets along with industry-specfic experience to match you with the right talent. 

We have an existing pool of talent that can be deployed within 48 hours. For high niche roles or large scale hiring requirements we find talent in less than 2 weeks. 

At Hire on contract, we follow a usage based pricing model. This means you only pay once your talent is onboarded and only for the services you use. No hidden or add on costs!

We provide hiring updates thrice a week and a weekly call to give you updates on our progress so far. Once you've onboarded a contractor onto your project you will be assigned a project manager who will handle the daily communication and help with project tracking and updates.
